7. Conditions for Processing Personal Data7.1. Personal data shall be processed upon the data subject’s consent to the processing of their personal data.
7.2. Processing is necessary to achieve the purposes provided by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or by law, or to carry out functions, powers, and duties imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. Processing is necessary for the administration of justice, enforcement of a court decision, or an act of another authority or official, which must be executed in accordance with the Russian Federation’s enforcement legislation.
7.4. Processing is necessary to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, or to conclude a contract initiated by the data subject, or a contract under which the data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor.
7.5. Processing is necessary to exercise the legal rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or to achieve socially significant objectives, provided that the rights and freedoms of the data subject are not violated.
7.6. Processing involves personal data for which an unrestricted circle of people has been granted access by the data subject or at their request (hereinafter referred to as "publicly available personal data").
7.7. Processing involves personal data that are subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.
8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing of Personal DataThe security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures sufficient to fully comply with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation.
8.1. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to such data.
8.2. The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law or if the data subject has provided explicit consent to the Operator for transferring data to a third party to fulfill obligations under a civil law contract.
8.3. If any inaccuracies in the personal data are identified, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address:

8.4. The duration of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the data were collected, unless otherwise specified by a contract or applicable law.
The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to the Operator at

“Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.
8.5. All information collected by third-party services—including payment systems, communication tools, and other service providers—is stored and processed by such parties (Operators) in accordance with their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. The data subject is encouraged to review these documents. The Operator bears no responsibility for the actions of third parties, including the service providers mentioned herein.
8.6. Restrictions established by the data subject on the transfer (except for granting access), processing, or conditions for processing (except for granting access) of personal data permitted for dissemination do not apply in cases involving processing for state, public, or other public interests as defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data during processing.
8.8. The Operator stores personal data in a form that allows identification of the data subject for no longer than required for the purposes of processing, unless a specific storage period is established by federal law or by a contract to which the data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor.
8.9. Processing of personal data may be terminated upon:
- Achievement of the processing purposes;
- Expiration of the data subject’s consent;
- Withdrawal of consent by the data subject;
- A request to cease processing;
- Discovery of unlawful processing of personal data.
9. List of Actions Performed by the Operator with Personal Data9.1. The Operator carries out the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (rectification), retrieval, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
9.2. The Operator performs automated processing of personal data, with or without the transmission of such data via information and telecommunications networks.
10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data10.1. Prior to initiating cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obligated to notify the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects about its intention to perform such transfer (this notification must be submitted separately from the notification regarding the intention to process personal data).
10.2. Before submitting the above notification, the Operator must obtain the appropriate information from the governmental authorities of a foreign state, foreign individuals, or foreign legal entities to whom the cross-border transfer of personal data is planned.
11. Confidentiality of Personal DataThe Operator and any other individuals granted access to personal data are obligated not to disclose or disseminate such data to third parties without the data subject’s consent, unless otherwise permitted by federal law.

12.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. This Policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
